All of our lacquerwares are produced in Vietnam, ship to Singapore for quality control and then will be sent out to you after making sure the product is in perfect condition.
We accept Bank transfer, Western Union and PayPal ( limited to selected country ) . For those who stay in Singapore and Vietnam, COD will also be arranged.
Lacquerware made from wood can be repaired, but most plastic lacquerware cannot. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to maintain or repair your lacquerware. We will be happy to assist you with your lacquerware’s condition and give you a quote depending on its condition.
The lacquer smell will gradually disappear. However, if you want to remove the smell quickly, it is ok to wash with warm water and a non-abrasive mild dishwashing soap.
To avoid any damage to lacquerware, put paper towels between the dishes before stacking, lacquerware should also not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long periods of time because the color can fade or change.
It is better to dry lacquerware with a cloth before putting it away. Please dust off the cloth before wiping lacquerware because even a tiny dust particles or a piece of sand will damage the laquerware’s surface.
Yes. You can soak lacquerware in warm water for a long time unless it has cracks. The cracks will allow water to be absorbed inside the lacquerware and cause it to deform.
No. Rapid drying and temperature fluctuations of automatic dishwashers will damage lacquerware by discoloring and warping the surface.
You can wash lacquerware like other tableware using a soft sponge and dry it with a soft cloth or tissue.
You should avoid using both metal and ceramic utensils, products with lacquerware because they will scratch the topcoat and the gloss will be compromised.
No, there isn’t. Any food can be served on lacquerware, but it s best to serve cold or only warm food as most lacquerware itself has wood, resin or hard rubber as a core and it may be easy to crack if exposed to high heat.
Please do not place lacquerware in a microwave. It will cause major damage.
